Tuesdays and Thursdays 6-7 pm (Karate for Life)

This class is for  adults and children (age 4+). You will find some parents and children training together in this class. Some of our practitioners are beginners. We take all three aspects of traditional karate as well as sport karate very seriously. Individuals that are committed to karate and exemplify the determination to improve and perform in tournaments have additional opportunities to train with Sensei Valentyna who is also a competitive athlete.
